We are an urban youth ministry for children and teens in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Since 1993, we’ve been committed to sharing in the love of Christ with those who are most vulnerable in our community.
Our desire is to minister to the whole person with the gospel of Jesus. With this in mind, we especially seek to equip children and young adults with the skills necessary for these four areas of focus: spiritual growth, academic achievement, life management, and Christian leadership. We accomplish this through a variety of after school and summer opportunities for youth in our neighborhood.
NETwork will be sharing some new routines they have been practicing and there will also be some sharing from the staff and possibly the youth. They appreciated the warm interactions they received last time they shared at Marion and I am grateful for the way everyone at Marion made them feel comfortable. I am looking forward to having them share with us and I believe they are planning to stay and have lunch with us after the service.
I am grateful that we can hear from another local ministry this Sunday at Marion Mennonite Church.
